FAQ
Common questions
Everything you need to know about working with Website 5 — from first call to measurable results.
Getting Started
Who does Website 5 work with?+
We specialize in consulting, legal, accounting, and adjacent professional services firms across New York, California, and the broader United States. Our clients are typically rebuilding operations and want to look more credible while improving cash flow and lead conversion.
How does the initial consultation work?+
Request a quote through our contact form. We schedule a 30-minute discovery call to understand your current workflows, pain points, and 90-day goals. Within one week, you receive a scoped proposal with clear deliverables and timeline.
Do you work remotely or on-site?+
Most engagements are delivered remotely with periodic on-site sessions for firms in the New York metro area. California clients receive the same remote-first model with optional in-person workshops.
Services & Deliverables
What is included in invoice and collections management?+
We audit your current billing cycle, design automated reminder sequences, establish escalation protocols, and configure reporting dashboards. Deliverables include documented SOPs, email templates, and integration with your existing accounting or practice management software.
Can you help with CRM and lead follow-up?+
Yes. We implement intake workflows, automated nurture sequences, and pipeline dashboards tailored to how professional firms actually sell — through referrals, events, and relationship-driven outreach rather than high-volume marketing.
Do you build websites or only advise on them?+
We deliver complete website rebuilds as part of our brand presence offering — including copy, design, mobile optimization, and SEO fundamentals. You receive a production-ready site, not a strategy document alone.
How long does a typical engagement take?+
Operational projects like collections or lead follow-up systems typically launch within 4–6 weeks. Website and brand presence projects run 6–10 weeks depending on scope and content readiness.
Pricing & Payment
How is pricing structured?+
We quote fixed-fee projects scoped to your goals. Invoice and collections work starts around structured operational packages; website projects are quoted based on page count and integrations. Every proposal includes a clear milestone payment schedule.
Do you offer ongoing support?+
Yes. After launch, many clients retain us on a monthly advisory basis for pipeline reviews, template updates, and seasonal campaign support. Retainer terms are optional and quoted separately.
What payment methods do you accept?+
We accept ACH transfer, wire, and major credit cards. Invoices are due net-15 unless otherwise agreed in your statement of work.
Results & Expectations
What results should we expect in 90 days?+
Clients focused on collections typically see measurable reduction in days sales outstanding. Lead follow-up clients report higher event-to-meeting conversion rates. Brand presence clients launch a credible website that supports premium positioning. Specific KPIs are defined in your proposal.
Will this disrupt our current operations?+
We design implementations to layer onto existing tools wherever possible. Rollouts are phased with team training built in, so billable work continues throughout the engagement.
What if we already have a CRM or accounting system?+
We work with common platforms including Clio, QuickBooks, HubSpot, and others. Our role is to configure workflows and integrations — not force a rip-and-replace unless your current stack is the root problem.
How do we measure success?+
Every engagement includes agreed-upon metrics: DSO for collections, response time and conversion rate for leads, and traffic plus inquiry volume for web presence. We review progress in biweekly check-ins.
